LA, the city of stars. A city that vibrates with energy and movement is no longer what it used to be. A few weeks ago KCRW Journalist Drew Tewksbury shared a few photos of the silent LA streets due to the COVID-19 Shelter in Place orders. Longtime Los Angeles photojournalist Ted Soqui traversed the city and captured the following scenes.
